About the event
Topic: Introduction to CentileBrain Models
Time: Dec 21, 2023 08:30 AM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
The detailed Zoom meeting information will be provided in the email upon completion of your registration with your email address.
The CentileBrain models were created through the analysis of regional morphometric data from more than 37,000 healthy individuals (53% female, aged 3–90 years). This involved a comprehensive assessment of various regression algorithms and multiple combinations of covariates related to image acquisition and quality, parcellation software versions, global neuroimaging measures, and longitudinal stability.
In this event, Dr. Ruiyang Ge will discuss their latest CentileBrain models (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.01.30.523509v3), and Mr. Yuetong Yu will guide the audience through a tour of the CentileBrain website (https://centilebrain.org/)
